Delivery of e-bikes and bicycles takes place within 10 working days of receipt of payment at the latest. Delivery times may vary and may be significantly shorter, depending on the items ordered and current order volume.
We deliver within Germany only. Both the delivery address and the billing address must therefore be in Germany. Bicycles and e-bikes are delivered by the Hellmann freight carrier. The carrier will contact you by phone before delivery to arrange a delivery date with you.
Shipping costs are 49 euros per bicycle.
